1Average Annual Total Return from funds' inception: 12/31/1997 for the Focus Fund and Growth Fund, 2/1/2000 for the 21st Century Fund, 6/30/2000 for the International Opportunities Fund, 12/29/2006 for the Flexible Capital Fund, and 6/29/2007 for the Global Fund.
2The performance returns for the 21st Century Fund (for the period prior to March 31, 2004), the International Opportunities Fund (for the period prior to September 30, 2004), the Flexible Capital Fund, and the Global Fund (for the period prior to December 31, 2008 and from April through May 2009) reflect a fee waiver in effect; in the absence of such a waiver, the returns would be reduced. The performance returns for the 21st Century Fund (for the period beginning April 2004 through January 2005), the International Opportunities Fund (for the period beginning October 2004 through December 2005) and the Global Fund (for the one-month period June 2009) would be higher but for the reimbursement of fees waived previously.

*The Total Annual Operating Expenses are reflective of the information disclosed in the Funds' current prospectus. Marsico Capital Management, LLC (the “Adviser”) has entered into a written expense limitation agreement under which it has agreed to limit the total expenses of each Fund (excluding interest, taxes, acquired fund fees and expenses, litigation, brokerage and extraordinary expenses) to an annual rate of 1.60% of the average net assets of the Focus Fund, the International Opportunities Fund and the Global Fund, 1.50% of the average net assets of the Growth Fund and the 21st Century Fund, and 0.75% of the average net assets of the Flexible Capital Fund until January 31, 2011. This expense limitation and fee waiver agreement is voluntary and may be terminated at any time after January 31, 2011. The Adviser may recoup from a Fund fees previously waived or expenses previously reimbursed by the Adviser with respect to that Fund pursuant to this agreement (or a previous expense limitation agreement) if such reimbursement does not cause the Fund to exceed the expense limitation currently in effect and the reimbursement is made within three years after the year in which the Adviser waived the fee or incurred the expense. Net Expenses for the Global Fund have been restated to reflect the current expense limitation that became effective January 1, 2009. Please see the prospectus for more information.
